🔁 Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Sensitivity or skin reactions
- Disliking scent or texture (we encourage reading ingredients beforehand)
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit or defective, we’ll make it right.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will assess the situation and either:
- Offer a full refund
- Send a replacement at no additional cost
- Or offer store credit (case dependent)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items opened or used
- Items returned without prior contact
- International orders unless damaged or lost during shipping
